He is a Best-selling author with 4 books, 100+ publications in referred journals and conferences, and over 35 patents. Adjunct Professor at SJSU. Guest edited 12+ IEEE journals and magazines. Keynote speaker at several IEEE and industry conferences. Founding President and board member of the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (www.issip.org), Editor-in-Chief of the Advances of Internet of Things Journal, senior editor of IEEE Journal of Selected Areas in communications and served as an Associate Editor of ACM Transactions on Internet Technology and the Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing. Recipient of a dozen Innovation & Execution Awards. Ammar received his BS and MS Degrees in EE from the University of Illinois at Urbana and his Ph.D. degree in EE from Washington University. He’s in the process of completing AI/ML Business Application postgraduate program at the University of Texas – Austin.
